PDWS designs and sells legal, non-lethal personal-safety tools intended to help a person stop a threat and get to safety, within the limits of lawful self-defense. Our tools are made for responsible personal protection. They are not sold as, and should not be used as, offensive weapons.

Laws governing the purchase, possession, and carry of personal-defense tools vary by country, state, and locality. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply where you live and where you intend to carry or use a product. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the item in your jurisdiction. PDWS is not responsible for a purchaser’s failure to comply with local law.

Orders and pricing

We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if a pricing or product error is found. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our site. By submitting an order, you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as promptly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDWS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

All content on pdws.biz — including product designs, images, text, videos, and the Defenders name and related marks — is the property of PDWS or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
