Refund & Return Policy

At Personal Defense Weapons Systems (PDWS), we want you to be confident in every purchase. We handle refunds and returns promptly and fairly, and we look at the status of your order the moment you contact us.

How refunds work

If your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us before your order leaves our hands and we will refund it right away, in full. No return needed — there’s nothing to send back.

If your order is already in the mail. Reach out and we’ll ask you to send the item back to us. Once it arrives and we confirm it’s undamaged and unused, we’ll issue your refund through our secure payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method so your return can be confirmed.

How to request a refund or return

Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll respond quickly and let you know the next step based on where your order is in the process.

Condition of returned items

Returned products must arrive undamaged and unused, in resalable condition. We inspect every return on arrival. If an item comes back damaged or shows signs of use, we may be unable to offer a full refund and will contact you to discuss options.

Damaged or defective items

Every Defender tool is built to last, and many carry a lifetime guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we’ll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.

Digital products

If you’re not happy with a digital purchase — a training video, downloadable guide, or e-book — just contact us and we’ll refund your money right away. We stand behind our content. And if something isn’t working or you can’t access what you paid for, reach out and we’ll take care of it.
