PDWS designs and sells legal, non-lethal personal-safety tools intended to help a person stop a threat and get to safety, within the limits of lawful self-defense. Our tools are made for responsible personal protection. They are not sold as, and should not be used as, offensive weapons.<\/span><\/p>

Your responsibility regarding local laws<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Laws governing the purchase, possession, and carry of personal-defense tools vary by country, state, and locality. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply where you live and where you intend to carry or use a product.<\/strong> By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the item in your jurisdiction. PDWS is not responsible for a purchaser’s failure to comply with local law.<\/span><\/p>

We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if a pricing or product error is found. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.<\/span><\/p>

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDWS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.<\/span><\/p>
