RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from PDWS.BIZ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We use Priority mail with a tracking number. Our responsibility is to get it to your address; however, if it is stolen once at your location we are not responsible for that.
SHIPPING
Once we received, we usually ship within 1 to 3 days depending on the USA Post Office schedule. We also send you all the tracking information for your order once the Post Office picks up and logs in the package. For USA orders they go out priority mail 1 to 3 days delivery. In out of USA orders we send them out with a customs number and usually it takes 1 to 2 weeks to reach you. Again, you will be provided with the customs number, so you can use your in country postal service to track the order.
DAMAGED ORDER
If your order arrives “broken”, it has only happened once in 11 years, please contact us and we will work the issue to replace your order.
VIRTUAL PRODUCTS
If you purchase a download video or virtual product, you can not send it around to other people. These products are for your use only and not to be given to others without the expressed permission of PDWS.biz.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
PDWS.BIZ and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, PDWS.BIZ does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
